Community Functions The MCC is available at no charge for events that are open to the community and sponsored by employees involved in park operations.
Official Meetings and Events The MCC is available at no charge for official NPS meetings and events.
Reservation Priorities To best meet the needs of the community it serves, the following priorities have been assigned for the scheduling and use of the Community Center.
Meetings related to the business of Yellowstone National Park will take precedence for scheduling, but will be scheduled with advanced notice. There are many meeting spaces available in the Mammoth/Gardiner area, and NPS events shall not “bump” other meetings already scheduled in the community center.
Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis up to 12 months in advance. To ensure that the needs of the entire community are being served, the Committee reserves the right to limit the number of reservations by any user or group.
Reservation Procedures - Community Center Send an email to [email protected] to reserve the gym. Request the date and time and specify the purpose of the reservation. Make sure to include contact information in your request.

Classroom Reservations Reservations must be made by sending an email to [email protected] or contacting Katie Knowlton.
Reservations should be made no later than two weeks before an event, so that access and set up arrangements can be made.

An NPS individual must be named in the reservation as the party responsible for picking up the keys, returning the keys, and ensuring that the facility is clean and organized at the conclusion of the event. Trash and recyclables must be removed from the facility at the end of an event.
